WTF????????

Wow! Here we go again… a second rant in 2 days???

This time it is aimed at a story that is featured in The Sun newspaper today!

Firstly I want to know exactly what this woman is doing that makes her ‘too busy’ to feed her children properly?
Apparently she is on benefits so please…. Someone enlighten me to her busy schedule – or am I just being ignorant???

I mean no disrespect intended, but has she looked in the mirror lately????
If she did, she would see the reason why, eating junk food is a no no! She is a walking heart attack (God forbid for her kids’ sake).

I mean it is crazy… kids rely on their parents to feed them and subsequently, help them to develop in the right way.

This woman is doing nothing but setting these kids up for problems in later life.

It goes deeper than it just being morally wrong…in fact it has been proven that allowing kids to eat junk food at such a young age can put them at higher risk of developing various diseases in later life which include; diabetes, cancer, heart disease as well as being susceptible to kidney failure, obesity and bone disease.

Is this woman serious?

She says, when she doesn’t give them junk food, she cooks them (or rather heats up) food in the microwave.
Don’t get me wrong, in my opinion there is nothing wrong with using the microwave to heat up food but to cook a child’s meal as an alternative to a take out???? What about cooking from scratch????? Or is that too much because she is too busy??

I think the best paragraph (for what it is worth) in the article is:

Leanne steers away from healthy foods in case it makes her tots anorexic. She said: “I don’t want them to think they have to watch what they eat. I’ll tell them big is beautiful.”

What a joke!
There are soooooo many things wrong in that paragraph I don’t even wanna get started!

I really think there needs to be some kind of intervention here…. This is not right!!!
